| I have had wood floors installed in two homes on 2 different occasions and 5 Star did a fantastic job! I found an engineered hardwood I really liked and got quotes from the Flooring Source and Jacks Carpet and Samantha at the League City 5 Star said she could beat the quotes I received and she did by 5k! We had about 1100 sqft installed and had tile removed. I'm so impressed with the crew I had that was lead by Zeyd. They were on time each day and communicated with me very well. Not only did they do an incredible job and were so fast and efficient, they really cared about their craftsmanship. They made sure that my home was protected where they worked and cleaned up as they went. I will use them in the future for other remodeling needs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. | We just had the wood-look tile floors done in our entire home. We are very pleased with the Marazzi American Estate Saddl product (a mix of 9s and 6s). The installation team did a fabulous job and was very considerate of our presence in the home during the installation process. They did all of the heavy lifting and were very professional at all times. Hats off to Arturo and his team!! We visited the Atascocita store and received excellent service. | We could not be happier with the 5 Star Floors folks in Pearland. Mike and his team went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our shower upgrade and re-grouting, and came out three separate times to make sure it was right. 5 Star took a job that started as a do-it-yourselfer, did a first-class job of fixing up our shower, and helped us meet a tight timeline to accompany out-of-town guests. | Five Star Flooring installed a 4'x6' tile insert in the foyer and hardwood floors throughout my new 2 story home. My experience with 5 Star was wonderful from start to finish. I was eager to replace the builder's grade carpet in our new home before we moved in to the house. Sam assured me that installation would begin the day after we closed. We closed on our house on a Friday and 5 Star was ready to begin work on Saturday morning as promised. I have nothing but praise for the flooring team who came in to install the floors. They were very professional, efficient and so meticulous with their work. A few minutes after installation was completed I received a call from the owner, Mike, who wanted my feedback on the work that was done. I couldn't be happier with the result. My floors look gorgeous and the tile insert is stunning! This company has it all- great customer service, excellent products and high quality work. | From the friendly and non pushy sales rep, to the fast service, and finally a quality installation- I am a happy customer! A careful job was done by the installers to ensure our furniture was not damaged and cleaned up too! Sam provided awesome service to ensure we were happy and satisfied for the carpet purchase. | We had laminate floors installed in most of our house and could not be happier! The sales people were not pushy to sell anything more than I wanted.
